Susu Wong, MBA – Principal & Chief Connector

Susu is an experienced business and marketing strategist who worked on a variety of companies from high-tech industry, healthcare, biotech, higher education to startup companies.  She was previously an adjunct Professor in Marketing at the UMass Lowell and a frequent speaker on internet marketing.  She has a unique combination of marketing, business, and technical experience that provides a well-rounded advantage for her clients.  See her career profile on LinkedIn.

Susu is an advocate in helping women advancing their careers. She is a founding member of Women Accelerators, a grassroots organization that provides networking and resources to help women in advancing their career goals.  She holds an MBA from Lesley University and was certified by Northeastern University in digital marketing, and website design from Georgetown University.  A lover of anything outdoors, she enjoys snowboarding, biking, and does a couple of triathlons in between work.

Kelly Mahoney – Digital Marketing Coordinator

Kelly Mahoney is a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Tomo360 with over 5 years of social media and content creating experience working both with Tomo360 and other marketing agencies. With a focus on improving clients’ overall digital presence, Kelly has worked with companies in a variety of industries to increase their exposure, find new leads, and drive traffic to their websites and social platforms. She helps maintain their online appearance through organized social calendars, monthly social media analytics, and original blog posts.

Kelly is passionate to work directly with clients to meet their digital marketing goals, sustain healthy and communicative relationships, and work with other team members to put out the best product possible.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Management and Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Marlene Genovese – Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Marlene is the newest member of the Tomo360 team. She joins as the Social Media Coordinator. She’s a creative person who enjoys brainstorming, writing & re-writing, and arranging information to get the best results. She hopes her facility on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn will help to make your company pages, profiles and blogs shine and garner the attention and engagement they deserve.

She worked for many years at two Boston agencies, focused on public relations and then integrated marketing. Lately, she worked independently as a marketing consultant for small businesses. She earned a Bachelor of Arts at the State University of New York at Oneonta. Marlene loves to sing and is a member of a local a cappella chorus.

Alison Coye – Marketing Specialist

Alison is a senior in marketing major at UMass Lowell with a passion in business. She comes to Tomo360 with experience in various industries such as fitness, hospitality and events, and tech.

She began working for Tomo360 in March of 2018 and has been assisting with marketing automation, proposals, content curation for clients, and other various projects ever since. When not working for Tomo360, Alison works at the UMass Lowell’s Innovation Hub in downtown Lowell, which is an incubator space for startup companies.

She also recently completed a six-month co-op at ConMed where she worked alongside product managers in the endoscopic technologies division.

In the future, she hopes to pursue medical device marketing and eventually obtain her MBA. In her free time, Alison enjoys going out to eat, watching movies, and spending time outdoors. You can find her on LinkedIn.
