Susu Wong
Susu is the Founder and Chief Connector of Tomo360. She is the marketing strategist of Tomo360 and she oversees the overall direction of Tomo360. Her company is a PRF70 vendor and a state-certified minority, women, and LGBTQ business enterprise. Susu is an experienced business and marketing strategist who worked for various high profile companies, from high-tech industries, healthcare, biotech, and higher education to startups. She was previously an adjunct Professor in Marketing at UMass Lowell and a frequent speaker on marketing topics. She has a unique combination of marketing, business, and technical experience that provides a well-rounded advantage for her clients. See her career profile on LinkedIn.
An advocate for helping women advance their careers, Susu is the Co-Founder of Women Accelerators. This grassroots nonprofit organization provides networking, education, mentoring, and leadership coaching programs to help women advance their career goals. She holds an MBA from Lesley University and was certified by Northeastern University in digital marketing and website design from Georgetown University. A lover of anything outdoors, she enjoys snowboarding, biking, kickboxing, and swimming.
Bianca Balcazar
Bianca has rejoined the team at Tomo360 as a Marketing Program Manager. She had previously worked at Tomo360 back in 2017 as a Marketing Trainee when she was working on her master’s degree. Bianca is a marketing professional who has spent her last five years focusing on the digital side of marketing and commercial consulting. She brings her expertise to an international setting to help you get the right strategy tailored for your business, nonprofit or government agency.
Bianca graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2016 with a dual bachelor’s in marketing and international business. She then proceeded to earn her master’s degree in International Marketing at Hult International Business School located in Cambridge.
In her free time, Bianca enjoys working out, doing functional training and kiteboarding, traveling, and trying out new restaurants with friends and family.
Hadison Bates
Hadison has joined the Tomo360 team as an Integrated Marketing Manager. She is a well-rounded digital marketer with skills in organic social media, paid social media, Google PPC, Google Display, website design and maintenance, email marketing, and automation marketing. She has a passion for videography and really enjoys editing videos to be polished, fun, and professional as well as graphic design.
Hadison has a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism with a double emphasis in Broadcast Journalism and Advertising/Public Relations from the University of Arkansas. She recently obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing from the University of Texas in Austin.
Since graduating in 2014, she has stayed busy marketing for businesses in many different industries, such as agency settings, telecommunications, dental and orthodontics, large tech start-ups, national sporting events, non-profits, food services, hospitality and tourism, trucking and logistics, and the beauty industry.
When Hadison isn’t working, she enjoys increasing her knowledge in the ever-changing marketing world. Hadison also loves working out, hiking, and spending an unhealthy amount of time at the lake with her husband, Great Dane, and German Shepherd.
Donato Dandreo
Donato Dandreo started building WordPress websites in 2009 and hasn’t looked back since. Over the years, he has developed hundreds of websites and has a passion for working with clients to understand their goals, so he can develop a web strategy customized to their needs. Donato received a BS in Entrepreneur Major and Minor in Marketing from Suffolk University, Sawyer School of Management, Boston, MA.
Nate Fishman
Nate wants to help your organization leverage the untouched digital marketing potential that is available to every business. He is a natural teacher who will share the fundamentals of SEO with you and your team. He believes easy and affordable solutions can reveal dramatic results for your business.
For the past seven years, Nate has helped small businesses, startups and nonprofits with SEO and digital marketing services. He has applied his SEO and digital marketing strategies in many industries such as e-commerce, franchise, food service, lead generation, and many more.
Marlene Genovese
Marlene joined the Tomo360 team in 2019. She is a creative person who enjoys writing and is fascinated by the power of storytelling. Her expertise on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn helps your profiles shine and attract the engagement they deserve.
Marlene directs digital ad campaigns and seeks to improve ad results. She is Facebook Associate Certified and knows how to optimize social media profiles, set up Meta Business Accounts, and can transform your rejected ad campaign into a published and delivered campaign.
She worked for over a decade at two Boston agencies, initially focusing on public relations and then integrated marketing. Before joining Tomo360 she worked independently as a marketing consultant for several entrepreneurs, musicians, and authors. Marlene earned a Bachelor of Arts at SUNY Oneonta, NY, where she ate a lot of Tino’s Pizza with the famous cold cheese. She enjoys gardening, theater, and singing.
Kerri Gillis
Kerri has rejoined the Tomo360 team as an Integrated Marketing Manager.
She is a seasoned marketing professional with over 25 years of experience ranging from graphic and web design to paid and organic social media. She is also well-versed in the emerging AI marketing trend, bringing yet another weapon to her impressive arsenal.
Kerri has an entrepreneurial spirit and has done marketing for many different industries including trade shows, bitcoin, app technology, pets, national sporting events and more.
When Kerri isn’t working, she enjoys kickboxing, spending time with her family and friends at the beach, traveling and hanging out with her four-legged friends.
Jennifer Perez
Megan Stone
Megan is our Business Development & Operations Manager. Since 2015, Megan’s background has extensive work with non-profit organizations, government agencies, community service programs, and small businesses. She can implement HR strategies and organizational management, including leadership development, evaluation, planning, and data analysis. She enjoys research and contributing to an organization’s development; she makes every effort to help make a difference by building relationships and supporting causes. Megan is highly organized and loves to set goals.
She has a BA from UMASS Boston in Criminal Justice and Sociology. Currently, she is studying for a Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Public Management at Roger Williams University. She loves spending time with her family, crafting, and designing all types of products in her free time.
Tia Sky
Tia is a Marketing Assistant on the Tomo360 team, after joining as an intern in Summer 2024, and is currently pursuing a BA in Sociology at Boston University. They are passionate about creative storytelling, especially in education and activism, and love working with nonprofits to spark positive change through social media. With a focus in short-form video content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, Tia also has experience in crafting content for Facebook and LinkedIn.
