Here are some key details about the program and application process

This incredible program can provide valuable training to your company in Massachusetts for up to $20,000 per company per calendar year and $3,000 per employee per course.

Grant funds are limited to Massachusetts businesses with 100 or fewer Massachusetts W-2 employees may apply. To qualify, for-profit companies must pay into the Workforce Training Fund. All trainees must be full-time or part-time payroll employees of the company receiving an Express Program grant and must be employed in Massachusetts. (Trainees are not required to live in Massachusetts.) You can be qualified for the program if you are a Massachusetts company with a W2.

  1. Application Timing: “Applying at least 21 days in advance is recommended. are happy to We can help you to get started.
  2. Application Requirements: You need a Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) and a Certificate of Good Standing (COGS) from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue issued within the past six months.
  3. We offer a variety of courses regarding relevant marketing topics that you can apply for, including:
    1. a. Optimizing Market Insights: Identifying Targets & Addressing Pain Points
    2. b. Crafting a Winning Marketing Strategy: From Goals to Execution
    3. c. Maximizing Social Media Ads: Strategies, Platforms, and Best Practices
    4. d. Mastering Website Design: Creating Compelling Online Experiences

Make sure you have the following:

  • Point of contact information.
  • Specific company and training knowledge, including the number of W2 employees (both part-time and full-time), a list of all employees to be trained, and the start date of the training.
