What They Asked For
Diversity@Workplace tasked our team with redesigning their website to provide a more engaging and user-friendly experience for visitors. The updated design emphasizes accessibility and usability, ensuring seamless navigation across the site.
To support ongoing content management, we retained WordPress as the hosting platform while transitioning to a more modern and intuitive back-end editor. This upgrade allows the Diversity@Workplace team to easily manage and update website content as their services and offerings evolve.
What We Did
- Highlighted three core service areas—Assess, Strategize, and Consult—on the homepage, along with a dedicated section for events.
- Added a video gallery to the homepage for dynamic and engaging content.
- Repositioned the website menu from the bottom to the top navigation for improved usability and alignment with industry standards.
- Developed a job portal enabling job seekers to search and apply for positions, while allowing employers to list job openings. The portal includes a user-friendly dashboard for submitting and managing job postings.
- Integrated the client’s Instagram feed directly into the homepage for a seamless display of social media updates.
