On Facebook we partner with our clients’ Pages and other assets using the Meta Business Platform. After we become a partner of their business account, we assign someone to manage the Page, and this gives them access to Meta Business Suite.
You may access the Business Suite if your company creates a profile in the Meta Business Platform. The Business Suite offers many ways to manage your page’s growth! ! One that we really like is inviting engaged users who have liked our posts also to like our Page!
Once you access the Business Suite, you will see an overview of your Page performance. Scroll down to the ‘Grow your audience’ section and click the Send Invites button on the right next to ‘Reach out to new people’.
The Grow Your Audience tool is a quick way to build a closer relationship with newly engaged users and keep them engaged in the future! Inviting new users to follow your page adds up over time.
Facebook Paid Social Media
Facebook is also adding new tactics to paid campaigns – especially those using Reels. The new feature is Click-to-Messenger Ads, allowing users who view ads in Reels to click on the Ad and begin immediate conversations with the brand in Messenger, in DMs on Instagram, or even WhatsApp.
This new feature leverages the consumer trend of engaging more in DMs and less on the Newsfeed. Additional research also shows that 50% of ad viewers start a DM with a brand after seeing an ad, so why not make it easier for them?

LinkedIn New Tool
There has been a lot of buzz around Instagram and TikTok as social media darlings. But don’t overlook LinkedIn, as 90 million LinkedIn users are senior-level influencers, and you could benefit from this. LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional networking site, has always been a popular platform for professionals to showcase their skills, network with other professionals, and find job opportunities. However, with the increasing competition, it’s becoming harder to stand out from the crowd, especially for non-profits. Therefore, we bring you the latest LinkedIn tactics to help you make the most out of this platform.
The first tactic we would recommend is Employee Advocacy. This makes it easy for your employees, volunteers, and supporters to share fundraising campaigns with their networks, you could do this by sending out a social sharing toolkit to your team, using the “Notify employees” button once your post is live, and include social assets and suggested copy on your campaign pages for supporters to spread the word about your campaign.
But how to use the “Notify employees” button? If you’re an admin of your nonprofit’s LinkedIn Page, you can find the notify employees LinkedIn button by clicking the three dots at the upper right corner of a post or update.
After you select the option to “Notify Employees,” LinkedIn will automatically notify everyone who lists your nonprofit as their current employer on LinkedIn.You can only do this once per day and per post. It’s best to use the feature strategically to ensure employees don’t feel overwhelmed with constant LinkedIn notifications. LinkedIn employee advocacy tends to be most powerful when posts are fresh and deeply tied to something employees care about. So, don’t notify employees about every post — save it for the ones you know employees will feel passionate about and will want to help amplify.
Secondly, we would recommend expanding your Reach you can do this through several tools that LinkedIn offers, such as sponsored content and advertising. If you are a nonprofit, LinkedIn offers 50% off for ads and recruitment. Other tools you could take advantage of are LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Live, resharing articles published on LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Groups which is a space where supporters can learn more about your vision and impact.
If you are a nonprofit, some additional tools are selecting a custom button. In specific adding a Give, Donate or Learn more button to the donation link on your page could help in supporting your nonprofit. Invite your connections to follow your business page to grow your followers and add a Lead Gen form on your page, it is a way to get more subscriptions to your newsletter and possible clients.
You could also create an event on LinkedIn for whenever you need volunteers and/or participation to attract more attendees.
Promote events and posts from your employee profiles by using the Employee Posts section on your business page. And lastly, follow competitors or similar organizations in your industry and track their most popular posts to get inspiration for similar content that resonates with your audience.
In conclusion, you need to adopt these latest LinkedIn tactics for 2023 to stay ahead of the competition. These key strategies will help you stand out and make the most of this professional networking platform. Start implementing these tactics and see the difference it makes to your LinkedIn presence.

Keyword Insights
This new tool was released to help advertisers and creators better understand trending topics and user behavior on the platform. The tool allows users to search for keywords and see how many views and engagement rates are associated with each keyword. This information can inform content creation and marketing strategies, making it easier for brands and influencers to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and preferences on TikTok. With this new feature, TikTok will continue positioning itself as a leading social media platform for digital marketing and influencer partnerships.
TikTok’s algorithm
Which is remarkable, as it recommends personalized videos on your FYP (for your page) based on your preferences. Now, TikTok has added a feature that lets users understand why a particular video has appeared on their feeds. It’s exciting! Here’s how you can access it:
- Head to the For You feed.
- Tap on the share icon.
- At the bottom, click “Why this video.”
- Here you can see why TikTok recommended this video for you.
TikTok says their recommendations are based on a technical model, but here’s a quick breakdown of what they are:
- Accounts you follow or suggested accounts.
- Content popular in your region.
- Content that was recently posted in your region.
- User interactions like what content you watch, comment on, like, share, and searches.
